We are a family owned, multi-inspection company that has been providing professional building inspections in the Puget Sound area since 2002. We are proud to provide Home and Warranty Inspections in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond and select areas. Our goal is to provide you with the most detailed report possible on your property so that you have an accurate view of its current condition. The report you’ll receive will be unbiased and simple to understand. We also include digital photos and short videos when additional explanation is needed.
