A single item inspection is offered to those who have a question or concern about their home, but do not need a comprehensive evaluation of the entire home.  Services such as this are commonly requested to check for damage after a storm or to evaluate new causes of concern recently found by the homeowner.  This service is limited to one hour on site.  If additional time is needed, an hourly rate applies.  Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection.
